I love a good sale. So far I've bought a good-sized soup pan - (I love a warming winter soup! I have my own great recipe for Cullen Skink, a fish chowder, use contact me and I can send it to you!); I have pre-ordered the new Enzo Macleod thriller - see link , and bought a new lurex jumper (sparkle surely isn't just for Xmas?); and am about to order new pastels. So I'm stocking up on materials for working, eating (soup) and displacement (reading) for those extra-cold days when that garden studio of mine is just too toe-numbingly cold to enter and then contemplate that anything creative will result! Hot soup and a good book seems like great back-ups for freezing January days !! : )
