Why does everything I want, cost more money than I have? I would so like a sunroom, just 'cos I've spent days designing one that would be perfect (I think). I just want to actually see it in 3D, to confirm that it would work. Am I being stupid? Is this all displacement to stop me concentrating on sensible stuff?
You can't get everything you want. I know that. I have been saving. I'm not a massive spender. I'm prone to thrift! But I wouldn't say I'm a practical, off-grid, living-off-the-land kinda gal. I prefer a bit of sparkle, my hair thoroughly combed, and unsnagged tights. I reckon I like the lure of the shops too much to live on a shoestring!
I'm reminded that a generation back, in North Highland villages, people did jobs for each other, but no money exchanged hands. Instead, one person's time & skill was exchanged for another person's time & different skill, if you follow?
So if anyone wants to build me a sunroom, in exchange for 2 or 3 pictures, limitless soup and a dose of witty banter, by all means get in touch!! I'm already checking my emails. teehee : )
